Sometimes following Jesus can feel like a long road — full of wonder, yes, but also fatigue, distractions, and seasons where we wonder if we’ll keep going. Grow + Go Cohorts exist to cheer you on to go the distance with Jesus. To help you keep growing, keep listening, and keep walking faithfully.
What are Grow + Go Cohorts?
Grow + Go Cohorts are made to fit your life, not add to it. Each cohort is a time-bound, communal formation journey you decide what to engage with, when to join, and how often you participate.

Just Scripture-led formation and women committed to growing + going with Jesus. Cohorts are spaces where we gather to:
go deeper in Scripture
cultivate spiritual attentiveness
discern calling and next steps
practise discipleship in everyday life
respond in surrender, obedience, and faithful presence
We call them cohorts intentionally.

The word “cohort” comes from the Latin cohors, meaning a band of people who move together toward a common goal. Unlike a generic “community,” a cohort emphasises shared formation, shared purpose, and shared movement — walking together toward the goal of being shaped by God’s Word and Spirit.

COHORTS ARE OFFERED AS + WHEN THEY'RE READY

Some run for 21 days, others a month or longer. Some may be challenge-led, others reflective. You can join a single cohort or masterclass, or pay monthly and access all cohorts and masterclasses offered as part of your pay-as-you-feel plan — whatever works best for your season.
What happens inside a cohort?
A private, distraction-free space: A focused, intentional space designed to help you grow in faith without the noise of social media (whoop!). Engage at your own pace. This is a space to grow in the Word, pause, reflect, and deepen your walk with Jesus, without pressure or comparison.
Scripture-rich teaching and reflection: Follow simple, shared rhythms designed to keep Scripture at the centre of your life without adding overwhelm. Whether you’re reading a little each day or taking your time through a book of the Bible, these plans help you stay consistent, engaged, and connected to God’s Word alongside others.
Live teaching, coaching + chats with Em Tyler: Each cohort includes live zoom sessions with Em Tyler, offering biblical insight, practical application, and coaching to help you take the Scripture-led formation journeys into real life. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding, guide your reflection, and support you in putting faith into practice.​ Can’t attend live? All sessions are recorded, so you can watch at your own pace and stay fully engaged with the current Cohort.
Masterclasses for deeper focus: Learn from trusted voices who offer insight on faith, calling, leadership, and intentional living. These sessions are practical, inspiring, and grounded in Scripture—providing fresh perspective and encouragement to help you keep growing and going in your daily life.

Grow + Go was born from a desire to exhort, cheer, and challenge you in your walk with Jesus—helping you stay attentive to God, anchored in Scripture, and courageous in obedience.

This is for those who want to keep growing + going with Jesus, not just for a season, but for the long haul, with guidance, encouragement, and honest teaching every step of the way.
Em
pay-as-you-feel
No one is excluded because of finances. You can access the Grow + Go Cohorts for as little as $1/month—or contribute what feels right for you.
Em currently gives her time freely and is not paid by a church or organisation. Contributions cover the real costs (platform, zoom, hosting, resources, masterclass guests, etc.) and keep the cohorts open and sustainable. Everyone receives the same care, access, and encouragement, regardless of what they give.
Some give more, some less, all are welcome. You can adjust or pause at any time.
