Coaching may look like:

  • Meeting in person at a location and time convenient to us both 

  • Coaching online via Zoom, WhatsApp, Facetime or Meet

  • Over the phone

What happens in a session?

  • A lot of questions and listening on my part, along with summarising and clarifying as we go.

  • For you, it will look like some highs, maybe some lows (which will always lead to greater freedom and hope), as you step into your calling and discover how to live fully into your God-given purpose and vision.


Do you do group coaching?

  • Yes!

  • I can work with individuals, couples, or groups/teams.

  • We would clarify why you want group coaching and tailor a programme that would work for you and your people. This might be a retreat, a business focus session, educational session, ministry group from church (teams, women’s ministry… etc.) or the Grow + Go Signature course but taken as a group.

Does it matter if I live in a different time zone?

  • Not at all, the wonders of modern technology and a very flexible job on my part, means we'll find a time to connect online that works for you.



  • What's the format?

  • If you wish, you can have a 15 minute complimentary call first to determine whether coaching is going to help you grow and go in the particular area you’d like to see breakthrough.

  • Prior to our coaching, I’ll send you an online questionnaire so that you get the best value from our time together.

  • The Grow + Go Signature course covers all elements of a complete coaching cycle in depth. If you opt for the one hour Quick session then we are likely to only focus on a couple of areas that might be holding you back.

  • Regardless of the type of coaching you opt for, you will always leave with practical, actionable steps to help you move forward and grow + go closer to your goal.

  • If you are comfortable, I will pray at the beginning and end of our session.


  • Do you use any additional tools?

  • Depending on the areas you're receiving coaching for, I may suggest additional tools from time to time. These may include:

  • Questionnaires

  • Workbooks

  • Neurolinguistic Programming exercises (if your thought life is a particular barrier for you)

  • 'Homework' (this is for your benefit, processing, and growth. It's not handed in or marked!)

  • Manageable and realistic action points. Sometimes I may encourage you to take action even within the session. Other times it'll be after you've gone. However, You will always leave with clarity about what next steps you should take to reach your desired destination.
